Looking for a place to bring everyone together this holiday season? This year, we're offering a special opportunity to rent the entire inn for your Thanksgiving or Christmas gathering.

Whether you're bringing the family together, visiting loved ones in the Hudson Valley, or simply looking for a little extra room for everyone to stay under one roof, Watergrasshill can be your home base for the holidays.

With all five guest rooms reserved for your group, you'll have exclusive use of the inn's guest accommodations and shared gathering spaces, with room for up to 10 guests. And for families who have visited us before, this is a special opportunity to bring the kids along!

A Different Kind of B&B Stay

We traditionally close for Thanksgiving Eve and Thanksgiving Day, as well as Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, to spend time with our own families. This year, we're making the inn available at a special discounted nightly rate for full-house bookings during these holiday periods.

For these stays, the inn is yours to enjoy without an on-site innkeeper or our usual breakfast service. We will set you up with detailed arrival instructions and a welcome guide before your stay. We'll also provide a microwave, mini fridge, and self-serve coffee and tea for your convenience. Please note that the kitchen is not available for guest use.

The holiday rate is required for reservations that include any of our four holiday closure nights, but we're extending the offer across the surrounding dates so your group can stay a little longer if you'd like.
