Watergrasshill Bed & Breakfast is located in Gardiner, NY, just 7 miles from the New Paltz exit of the New York State Thruway and approximately 80 miles north of New York City. We’re easy to reach by car, train, bus, or bike, including access via the Empire State Trail—making travel here simple and stress-free.

Set on 15 acres of scenic farmland between the Shawangunk Mountains and the Hudson River, our restored farmhouse offers open views, fresh air, and a sense of calm the moment you arrive. Surrounded by apple trees and wide, rural landscapes, Watergrasshill feels peaceful and tucked away, while still being close to everything the Hudson Valley has to offer.
