Join us for a hands-on cooking class inspired by the flavors of Japan, led by the talented Chef Heidi Blacker. From grilled skewers to umami-packed bites, this class is all about the joy of Japanese cooking — approachable, deeply flavorful, and genuinely fun to make together.

You'll roll up your sleeves and work through a menu that's equal parts technique and deliciousness, learning skills and flavors you'll want to bring back to your own kitchen again and again.

• Onigiri — Tuna-stuffed rice balls with pickled ginger and furikake (GF, DF)
