Summer Pies

Join us this summer for a special seasonal edition of one of our most beloved classes! Due to the incredible popularity of our Thanksgiving Pie Baking Workshop, we’re thrilled to bring back Chef Melissa — Dean of the Pastry Arts at the Culinary Institute of America — for a hands-on Summer Pie baking class.

This unique class will celebrate the bright, fresh flavors of summer with a menu featuring seasonal pies instead of the traditional fall-inspired flavors from our holiday workshop. Guests love this class because Chef Melissa shares an abundance of professional pastry tips, techniques, and baking secrets that can be recreated at home long after the evening ends.

Throughout this hands-on and demonstration-style class, you’ll bake alongside Chef Melissa while learning the art of pastry doughs, fillings, fruit preparation, finishing techniques, and more. At the end of the evening, each guest will leave with 2 desserts to enjoy…
