About The Event

As the weather gets colder these soup recipes are sure to warm you up! Join us in our kitchen studio for an evening of cooking with Chef Melissa Walnock from the Culinary Institute of America. Chef Melissa will lead the live, hands-on class through the menu of loaded baked potato soup, curried butternut squash soup and Tom Kha, a Thai coconut chicken soup.

Our classes are designed for people with a passion for food and a desire to learn. That being said, we believe that a cooking class is just as much about learning as it is about enjoying your time doing so. You'll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors. By the end of the evening our goal is for you to be feeling blissful, content and ready to recreate these delicious recipes at home with your newly acquired cooking skills.

Menu:

Loaded Baked Potato Soup

Curried Butternut Squash Soup

Tom Kha- Thai Coconut Chicken Soup

*This class is BYOB and guests over the age of 21 are invited to bring their drink of choice to enjoy during the class.
