About The Event
With Thanksgiving approaching, it's almost time for our annual Thanksgiving Dessert Class! Come spend an evening in the kitchen with Chef Melissa Walnock, a pastry chef with classical training from the Culinary Institute of America. You'll delve into the world of pie and tart making, mastering the creation of scrumptious crusts and fillings, as well as honing your skills in decorating and assembling your treats just like a pro pastry chef. You will take all your desserts home, and the best part is that you can save them for Thanksgiving!
