About The Event

Join us in the Watergrasshill kitchen studio for a fun night cooking a delicious homemade meal. Chef Melissa Walnock, from the CIA Apple Pie Bakery Cafe, will lead the live, hands-on class where savory pie dough is the star of the show. Scratch made pie dough is a versatile ingredient that can be used to create so much more than sweets! Once you master the homemade dough the possibilities are endless! Chef Melissa will walk you through 3 savory dough items including pot pie, quiche and empanadas. 

Our classes are designed for people with a passion for food and a desire to learn. That being said, we believe that a cooking class is just as much about learning as it is about enjoying your time doing so.
