SOLD OUT Homemade Pasta Cooking Class

Homemade pasta takes a bit of love but is well worth the effort. Chef Hannah Gerety will show you how to create pasta by hand, teaching you tips and tricks along the way. You pull learn 2 different pasta shapes including ravioli and pappardelle. Then learn how to create 2 delicious sauces from scratch that will pair perfectly with your handmade noodles. Lastly, you'll learn how to make a classic Caesar salad with homemade dressing and croutons.

Our classes are designed for people with a passion for food and a desire to learn. That being said, we believe that a cooking class is just as much about learning as it is about enjoying your time doing so. You'll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors. Each student will go home with a packet of recipes and a belly full of delicious food!
