SOLD OUT Holiday Yule Log Cake

In the midst of all the holiday festivities, come out and enjoy a fun evening creating a yule log cake, also known as a bûche de Noël. The yule log is a traditional European Christmas cake carefully crafted to look like a 3D log. Chef Melissa Walnock from the Culinary Institute will lead the class and demonstrate how to make, bake and roll the cake. Then she will teach master decorating techniques to create the look of the log. We guarantee that after this workshop you will be able to recreate this impressive cake at home for your holiday guests. Each student will go home their own individually decorate bûche de Noël! 

Guests over the age of 21 are invited to bring beer or wine to enjoy during the class.
