About The Event
Join us in the Watergrasshill kitchen studio for a fun night making tasty appetizers. Chef Jennie will lead the live, hands-on class through four impressive appetizer recipes that you'll be excited to recreate at your next cocktail party! All appetizers will be enjoyed during the class and students will bring home their packet of recipes to recreate at home.
Our classes are designed for people with a passion for food and a desire to learn. That being said, we believe that a cooking class is just as much about learning as it is about enjoying your time doing so. You'll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors. By the end of the evening our goal is for you to be feeling blissful, content and ready to recreate these delicious recipes at home with your newly acquired cooking skills.

Chef Jennie is a locally based Hudson Valley Chef that focuses on both the health benefits and mouthwatering reasons for getting back to real food! She grew up in a household with mainly processed food, so her schooling at both Le Cordon Bleu and The Institute for Integrative Nutrition really fueled her passion for real ingredient cooking. With so many delicious options in our area to eat farm-fresh, she loves taking advantage of what the current season has to offer. She takes immense amounts of pride in her attention to detail and genuinely loves expanding what she does for a living as a craft.
