Pasta Night: Handmade Orecchiette

Join Chef Hannah for an all-new Pasta Night featuring a fresh menu designed especially for returning guests and first-time pasta makers alike.

Unlike our previous pasta workshops, this class takes a new approach—focusing on one handmade pasta, a seasonal appetizer, and a classic Italian dessert. You'll learn to make semolina orecchiette, the beloved ear-shaped pasta from Southern Italy, using a different style of dough than we've featured in past classes.
