Heritage Baking: Pretzels, Biscuits & Sweet Rolls

Join us in the Watergrasshill Kitchen Studio for a hands-on introduction to classic doughs, led by Chef Lumi—an expert on all things dough. This afternoon baking class focuses on refined comfort breads/pastries while teaching the essential foundations of dough every baker should know.

Chef Lumi will guide students through the building blocks of dough, covering yeast, temperature, timing, kneading, rolling, shaping, filling, and baking. Along the way, you’ll gain a deeper understanding of not just how dough works, but why—with approachable insights into the science behind successful baking.
