About The Event
We are starting the Fall season off with a hands-on cooking class with a fall-flavored menu. The warm flavors of fall are the stars of these recipes including butternut squash, sweet potatoes, brussels sprouts, apples and much more. In this hands-on class Chef Hannah of @dishingit will lead the class step-by-step through a tasty menu.
Menu:
Butternut squash goat cheese crostini
Lemon-thyme roasted chicken breast
Sweet potato gnocchi in a brown butter sage sauce
Shaved brussels sprout salad with bacon, pecorino romano and candied walnuts
Caramelized apples with vanilla ice cream
Our classes are designed for people with a passion for food and a desire to learn. That being said, we believe that a cooking class is just as much about learning as it is about enjoying your time doing so. You'll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors. Each student will go home with a packet of recipes and a belly full of delicious food!
*This class is BYOB and guests over the age of 21 are invited to bring their drink of choice to enjoy during the class.
