About The Event

At this Chef's Table you will be indulging in an evening of sensational springtime flavors. This ultimate culinary experience takes place in our Kitchen Studio, designed to feature guest chefs as they finish each dish in front of you. You will and learn the secrets of the kitchen and interact with Chef Jennie as she creates four courses of a sensational springtime menu for you to enjoy. 


  • Shaved Asparagus Salad with Citrus-Champagne Vinaigrette, Tarragon, Grapefruit, Avocado, Toasted Pistachios
  • Chilled Spring Pea Soup with Toasted Pine Nuts, Crispy Prosciutto, Crème de Brie, Pea Tendrils
  • Roasted Garlic-Almond Butter Chicken with Smoky Paprika-Carrot Puree, Local Mushrooms + Wilted Spring Greens
  • Panna Cotta with Strawberry-Rhubarb Compote, Sweet Red Wine Reduction, Mint Oil, Micro Lemon Basil

*This event is BYOB. All guests over the age of 21 with a valid I.D are invited to bring their own wine or beer (per NY State law)

Chef Jennie is a locally based Hudson Valley Chef that focuses on both the health benefits and mouthwatering reasons for getting back to real food! She grew up in a household with mainly processed food, so her schooling at both Le Cordon Bleu and The Institute for Integrative Nutrition really fueled her passion for real ingredient cooking. With so many delicious options in our area to eat farm-fresh, she loves taking advantage of what the current season has to offer. She takes immense amounts of pride in her attention to detail and genuinely loves expanding what she does for a living as a craft.
