Autumn Harvest Dinner

Join us for a fall evening at our bed and breakfast in New Paltz, NY, as we host a delightful harvest dinner set against the breathtaking backdrop of the Shawangunk Mountains. Weather permitting, our dinner will be held on the picturesque patio, offering panoramic sunset views. Should the weather not cooperate, we will move indoors to our intimate culinary kitchen studio, where you'll have the unique opportunity to watch Chef Jennie Gaffney of Jennie's Kitchen bring culinary magic to life.

Our menu, thoughtfully crafted with seasonal produce, is a celebration of the Hudson Valley’s bountiful summer harvest. The evening will commence with a relaxed grazing table, followed by a sumptuous four-course seated meal.

Chicken Sausage and Sage Stuffed Mushrooms

Crostini w/ Smashed Acorn Squash, Maple Extract, Candied Walnuts

Pear, Honey and Reggiano Tart

First Course: Cauliflower Soup with Brown Butter Sage Breadcrumbs and Bacon

Second Course: Roasted Grape and Apple Matchstick Salad with Shaved Shallot, Toasted Walnuts, Shaved Asiago, Honey-Dijon Vinaigrette, Massaged Kale 

Entree: Roasted Fennel and Onion Chicken with Brown Sugar Brussel Sprouts and Maple Sweet Potato Mash (Vegetarian option available with notice)

Dessert: Pumpkin Gingersnap Cheesecake with Spiced Whipped Cream

We will provide a refreshing seasonal mocktail, and guests over 21 are welcome to bring their own beverages, whether alcoholic or not.
