A Sweet Tour of America: Pastry Workshop

Take a delicious trip across America without leaving the Hudson Valley! Join Chef Melissa Walnock for a fun, hands-on pastry workshop celebrating four beloved desserts from different corners of the country. You’ll work alongside Chef Melissa to learn the techniques behind each classic, from tempering chocolate and creating silky citrus fillings to assembling a Boston Cream Pie and mastering the buttery, flaky layers of a traditional Kringle.
