SOLD OUT: Savory Fall Focaccias

Come join us this fall with Focaccia Flourist to create a beautiful foliage focaccia. Topped with fresh harvested ingredients, let’s make a centerpiece bread for this year's autumn festivities. She will walk you through how to create your own focaccia masterpiece. You will begin the class learning about the process of making sourdough from scratch, including feeding your starter, making the dough, folding and rising. While your prepped dough is set to the side, Ashley will demonstrate various decorating techniques with herbs and vegetables and discuss different flavor profiles. Once decorated, your focaccia will be baked and sent home with you to enjoy! You will not only go home with your focaccia bread and recipe, but also a sourdough starter to continue your bread making journey!
