About The Event
Join Chef Melissa Walnock, a classically trained pastry chef from the CIA Apple Pie Bakery Café, in the Watergrasshill kitchen studio to discover the art of chocolate making. Bakers of all levels are invited to join in on this fun evening. Students will learn how to prepare an impressive array of chocolates entirely from scratch including red wine dark chocolate truffles, peanut butter cups and chocolate covered English Toffee. They will also assemble a 6 inch chocolate heart box which they can fill with their chocolates to make a perfect Valentine's Day gift.
At the end of the class, each participant will go home with their own 6 inch chocolate heart filled with handmade chocolates!
