About The Event
Join us for a sweet evening learning how to make decadent chocolate desserts. Led by Chef Melissa Walnock, a classically trained pastry chef from the CIA Apple Pie Bakery Café, bakers of all levels are invited to join in on this fun hands-on cooking experience. Students will learn how to prepare an impressive array of desserts entirely from scratch including a Molten Lava Cake, Chocolate caramels, and a very impressive Opera Torte. At the end of class each participant will go home with 3 desserts and a packet of recipes.
