In this hands-on cooking class Chef Cathy Vogt, owner of A Natural Chef, will teach students easy one bowl meals made with local and seasonally inspired plant-based ingredients that are perfect for warm weather dining.

Easy one bowl meals made with local and seasonally inspired plant-based ingredients are perfect for warm weather dining. Chef Cathy Vogt of A Natural Chef will teach you how to combine flavors, textures & whole food ingredients that benefit health and taste amazing. Expand your kitchen skills, chop, stir, taste and have fun creating dishes that will become family favorites.
- Vegetable Cilantro Slaw with Tempeh croutons
- Mediterranean Quinoa with asparagus and lemon caper dressing
- French lentil salad with radishes and spring greens
- Coconut curry zucchini and rice noodle bowl with toasted cashews

All dishes are plant based, gluten and dairy free!
Cathy Vogt is a professionally trained chef, health & culinary coach, Personal Chef and Author. In 1996, Vogt started A Natural Chef, offering clients personal chef services and health and nutrition coaching programs. Cathy offers a plant forward approach to cooking and meal planning. Clients are guided to explore what foods support their unique health and cultivate a joyful approach to cooking.
