When the weather turns cooler our bodies call for foods to maintain inner warmth and balance. Soups are the perfect one pot answer. From clear nutrient rich broths to creamy, silky smooth blends, chowders and chunkier varieties there’s something to suit everyone’s tastes.
Learn about the basics of stock making and tips for making delicious soups. Include seasonally appropriate and local ingredients that support your health. Round out your meal with a beautiful salad.
-Basic vegetable stock
-Ginger Lime Carrot Soup with black rice & parsley gremolata
-Winter Squash & Kale Soup with optional (turkey meatballs)
-Lentil Mushroom Soup
-Fall Salad bowl with pears & turmeric dressing
*All recipes are dairy and gluten free. Animal protein is used in one recipe as optional addition.
