About The Event
Get ready to channel your inner pâtissier in this special French baking workshop led by Chef Melissa Walnock. Unlike our traditional pastry classes—which are strictly bake-and-take, this experience combines the best of both worlds: you’ll enjoy some items fresh from the kitchen and take beautifully crafted pastries home to share (or keep for yourself… we won’t tell).
In this hands-on workshop, you’ll make three classic French treats:
🥞 Crêpes — Eat In Class Perfect your crêpe technique and enjoy them warm with a variety of fillings and toppings.
🍮 Soufflé — Eat In Class Learn the secrets behind achieving an airy, beautifully risen soufflé. You’ll savor this delicate dessert right away—because soufflés don’t wait!
